A Wilde Journey
Oscar Wilde

In term one I selected Oscar Wilde The Selfish Giant. This was the starting point for my editorial design. I researched Oscar Wilde’s
poem, stories and Novels. In addition I researched Oscar’s travels including the locations he visited and the reasons behind these
choices. This essentially formed the basis of my story. I sketched out miniature pages to help visualise the story and outlined notes
on how the story would compliment my theme of travel. I wanted to create a modern atlas of Oscars travels while also including
snippets of Oscar’s work. The typography used was Baskerville and American Typewriter.
